Fridays didn't start
as a tech bro fantasy.

Most GLP-1 companies were built by marketers. Fridays was built by a doctor who'd spent his career in weight care, watching patients struggle for access. When these medications arrived, he didn't see a market opportunity. He saw a way to help. That's where this started, and it's still the thing that runs it.

Some of the first Fridays patients became some of the first Fridays creators, and the creator program grew from there. The people running it now came up through the program. So did the moderators. So did most of the team.
